Idk wtf the Sahelian Junta's are even thinking at this point
The Malian armed forces have ordered all the militias allied to them to disband and officially integrate themselves into the army
This has seemingly caused large-scale defections among the remaining regime loyal ethnic Tuareg militias over to the FLA.
I really struggle to see what exactly the point of the disbanding of the militias was and how nobody saw it coming that Tuaregs that only fought for you because you gave them autonomy and power would stop fighting for you when you take away the sole fucking reasons they were fighting for you
I'll try to find more info on this tomorrow but just felt the urge to rant about this seemingly completely braindead move
