Hyperliquid Labs is in advanced discussions with Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to bring its perpetual futures to U.S. traders.
If approved by regulators, American users could gain access to select perpetual contracts on tokens from the Hyperliquid blockchain—via Bitnomial, an exchange owned by Payward.
This development follows recent comments from Trump, who stated his administration was actively working to help bring the platform to the U.S. HYPE rose +4% on the news.
