Of 136 studies of vaccines or components:

➡️ 12 studies of fully vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children, every single time the unvaccinated group had much better overall health and dramatically lower autism risk.
Converging biologic mechanisms pointed to common pathways — immune dysregulation, mitochondrial dysfunction and neuroinflammation — induced by clustered and early-timed vaccination during critical windows of brain development.
This analysis is unique in that it clarifies the relative contribution of vaccination compared to genetic and environmental domains by evaluating all known risk factors side by side. No prior review has attempted this integrative scope without excluding positive vaccine-association studies, or without unvaccinated controls—an important step in determining whether vaccines do indeed play a role in autism risk, and if so, how meaningful that role is in the larger causal landscape.

The weight of evidence favors a multifactorial model of ASD in which genetic predisposition, neuroimmune biology, environmental toxicants, perinatal stressors and iatrogenic exposures converge to produce the phenotype of a post-encephalitic state.
