We are HIRING: Video Editor Full-Time Monthly Retainer
Launching a new English-language YouTube channel in the AI and technology education space. Looking for a dedicated editor to join long-term.
VOLUME
• 2 long-form videos per week (8-12 min)
• 1 Short per day
• Monthly retainer, paid on time, every month
PAYMENT
30,000 ETB monthly to start.
Reviewed after 3 months with clear performance-based increases.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Screen recording + talking head assembly
• Kinetic text animation synced to narration
• Sound design and retention pacing
• Shorts hooks that stop the scroll in 2 seconds
YOU MUST HAVE
• Portfolio with real view counts
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro
• Ability to make screen recordings genuinely engaging
