_*How tiring it is to be caught up in the vicious cycle of changing and losing that change? Change when monitored and sustained long enough becomes a culture. The challenge is not the change but transformation of that change into a culture.*_
_*The law against smoking in public places has not been supported by competent systems to monitor its enforcement. So, the law remains just a law in the book and not in practice.*_
_*However, littering was strictly monitored in Singapore. Hence, the change was sustained and today, it has become the culture of Singapore. To change and then to lose that change makes one psychologically impotent. Why at all begin if you are going to end at the same place?*_
