នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្ដរជាតិ បានទទួលជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងាររបស់ ឯកឧត្តម Crispin MBADU PHANZU រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី និងជាប្រេសិតពិសេសរបស់ឯកឧត្ដមប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកុងហ្គោ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃការបំពេញបេសកកម្មផ្លូវការនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្ដែងក្ដីសោមនស្សរីករាយ និងស្វាគមន៍ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូ និងគណៈប្រតិភូនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកុងហ្គោ មកកាន់ប្រទេសសមាជិកនៃគ្រួសារហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូន។
ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងពីរបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនយោបាយ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្ដូររវាងប្រជាជនទាំងពីរ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងពហុភាគីនិយម និងហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី។
ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អម ដែលគ្រោងរៀបចំឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងខែវិច្ឆិកាខាងមុខនេះ ផងដែរ។
Dans la matinée du 25 août 2026, Son Excellence Monsieur PRAK Sokhonn, Vice Premier ministre, Ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, a reçu en audience de courtoisie Son Excellence Monsieur Crispin Mbadù Phanzu, Ministre délégué en charge de la Francophonie et Envoyé spécial de Son Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République démocratique du Congo, au siège du Ministère, à l’occasion de sa mission officielle au Royaume du Cambodge.
Son Excellence le Vice Premier ministre a exprimé sa vive satisfaction et souhaité la bienvenue à Son Excellence le Ministre délégué ainsi qu’à sa délégation dans un pays membre de la grande famille francophone.
Les deux personnalités ont souligné l’importance de l’établissement de relations diplomatiques entre les deux pays, lesquelles constitueraient un socle pour la promotion de la coopération politique et économique, le développement des échanges entre les deux peuples, ainsi que pour le renforcement du multilatéralisme et de la Francophonie.
Son Excellence le Vice Premier ministre a également présenté l’état d’avancement des préparatifs du 20ᵉ Sommet de la Francophonie et des événements parallèles, qui se tiendront à Phnom Penh en novembre prochain.
On the morning of 25 August 2026 at the Ministry, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Mr. Crispin Mbadù Phanzu, Vice Minister in charge of Francophonie and Special Envoy of His Excellency the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, on the occasion of his official mission to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction and extended a warm welcome to His Excellency the Vice Minister and his delegation to a country that is part of the great Francophone family.
Both dignitaries emphasized the importance of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries, which would serve as a foundation for promoting political and economic cooperation, fostering exchanges between the two peoples, and strengthening multilateralism and the Francophonie.
His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also provided an update on the progress of preparations for the 20th Francophonie Summit and its side events, which will be held in Phnom Penh this coming November.
