3y old girl presented to the ER with foreign body swallowing ( witness ).
After auscultation the chest ( good air entity without additional sound ) send the patient for chest and abdominal x- ray
The result of x-ray show this object in small intestine.
This patient referral to imam Hussein medical city for surgical consultation.
