1. Chiller Technicians:
Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers.
Troubleshooting chiller faults, alarms, and operational issues.
Checking compressors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, sensors, and control panels.
Monitoring chilled water temperatures, pressures, flow, and system performance.
Performing basic electrical and mechanical inspections related to chiller systems.
Supporting shutdowns, overhauling works, and emergency breakdowns.
2. VRF Maintenance Technicians:
Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for VRF/VRV systems.
Troubleshooting indoor and outdoor unit faults.
Checking refrigerant circuits, compressors, EEVs, PCB boards, sensors, and communication wiring.
Carrying out gas leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging when required.
Diagnosing error codes and system performance issues.
Ensuring proper operation of all indoor units, outdoor units, and controllers.
3. Plumbers:
Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Carrying out plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation works.
Must have good experience in pipe fitting, especially black steel pipes and various types of fittings.
Working with BS , GI, PPR, PVC, UPVC, copper, and drainage piping systems.
Repairing leaks, replacing valves, fittings, pumps, sanitary fixtures, and accessories.
Supporting water supply, drainage, and mechanical piping works.
Reading site requirements and completing works safely and properly.
4. AC Technicians:
Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing maintenance and repair works for split units, package units, ducted split units, and FCUs.
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
Checking compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, filters, drain lines, and refrigerant levels.
Carrying out cleaning, servicing, gas charging, leak checking, and general AC maintenance works.
Attending breakdowns and completing assigned jobs within the required time.
Following safety procedures and maintaining proper work quality.
