I love her not only for the heart
that beats so fiercely in red,
but for the soul inside her
white and bright like a fallen star.
A light that didn’t belong to this world,
yet somehow chose to land in mine.
And sometimes I wonder
how someone so pure
could walk through a world like this
and still remain so beautiful.
She doesn’t know it,
but when she breathes,
my world breathes too.
When she smiles,
the dark inside me goes quiet.
I didn’t fall for her slowly
I crashed into her
like a man who had been drowning
and suddenly found air.
So if love is a lifetime,
if forever is real,
if hearts are meant to choose only once
then let mine choose her,
again and again,
until the stars forget how to shine.
And sometimes I hate myself
for the moments I became the storm
that made her eyes fill with fear.
Because someone like her
should never have to be afraid
of someone who claims to love her.
I should have been the shelter,
not the thunder.
Yet even now,
my heart still whispers the same prayer—
if the universe gives me another chance,
I will spend every breath proving
that my love was never meant
to hurt her…
only to hold her.
And if forever exists,
if stars still remember how to shine,
then let me become the man
she never has to fear again.
