A verification script had compared every quotation against the raw course data and found seventeen it could not match.

The diagnosis took an hour and taught the team more than success would have.
Fourteen of the seventeen quotations were in fact verbatim, and the checker itself had gaps.
Three had genuinely been altered by the drafting model, which had tidied a stray space and smoothed a phrase.
The team fixed the gate, restored the three quotations to their exact original form, and only then let the reports ship, inside a replication bundle with a cryptographic hash for every file.
