My Bittersweet Journey with Clients
Throughout my years in this profession, I've strived to deliver exceptional service to my clients. While I have my own financial needs, I've always been mindful of the varying income levels across different countries. For instance, I adjust my fees for clients in low-income regions to better suit their circumstances. Additionally, I've offered a range of complimentary designs – free doesn't have to mean low quality! Every design undergoes a meticulous review to ensure it delivers value and avoids unnecessary expense.
Unfortunately, the design industry isn't without its challenges. One hurdle is encountering clients who solely seek free designs, often overlooking the significant effort invested by designers. Whether it's a simple pattern or an intricate masterpiece, every embroidery design requires countless hours of meticulous work to produce a high-quality final product.
Another challenge is the presence of those who prioritize personal gain. These individuals exploit the work of others, utilizing designs without any effort or compensation. This not only harms designers but also undermines the artistic community as a whole.
Despite these obstacles, my 9+ year journey has brought me unexpected rewards. I've formed genuine friendships with fellow creatives, even though we haven't met in person. These connections have reaffirmed the true essence of friendship.
