I don't think I've ever properly told you just how much I love you. The thought of not talking to you was genuinely one of the worst things I've ever felt, and I'm so so glad you're back to me. It feels like getting something precious back after thinking I might never have it again. After all these years, you're still so unmistakably you, still loud and silly, still reminding me of Sundays and cookies and still the bestest tea buddy I've ever had. Some things really don't change, and I'm so freaking grateful you didn't. You've become a little piece of home to me no matter how many years pass, I'll always be saving you a seat at the table, a cup of tea, and all the stories we haven't told each other yet
