Thailand’s SEC has finalized its Travel Rule for Digital Assets, requiring crypto operators to collect and transmit information linked to digital asset transfers, including verification of self-hosted wallets.
The rules take effect on February 27, 2027, with transaction information required to be retained for at least five years.
