Israel’s aggression will not end in Syria. Unless Türkiye imposes tangible costs, Israeli forces may eventually reach its borders. Diplomatic restraint alone cannot deter a state that interprets caution as weakness. Türkiye must establish credible deterrence before Israel advances further.
