- The item passed unanimously on the consent calendar with no discussion, no questions
- This authorized Flock under a 5 year contract for $750,000
- The police chief then authorized Flock a 5 year term that auto renews every 2 years without a single vote or any public input
This is how they secretly approved flock cameras without ever notifying the public or allowing a single question to be asked….
