Job description:
- Review and prepare all preventive maintenance requirements.
- Review all preventive maintenance activities and the outcomes of corrective maintenance work.
- Review and audit all engineering designs and technical specifications of the systems, and update them as necessary
- Ensure the creation, editing, review, and continuous updating of all documentation.
- Ensure systems are patched, secured, and compliant with organizational IT standards.

- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP/MCSA/MCSE or equivalent).
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft environments.

2- Senior Collaboration Engineer: (Riyadh)
Job Description:
Design, deploy, and support Cisco Voice, Video, and Collaboration solutions in a secure Government network.
Administer CUCM, CME, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, SME, Cisco Meeting Server, Contact Center, and WebEx.
Configure and support voice gateways, including SIP Trunks, CUBE, SRST, E1/PRI, and PABX integration.
Deploy and manage collaboration endpoints (Desk Pro, Room Kits, Video Bars, EX90, Boards, Jabber, IP Phones - 7800/8800/9800).
Support call recording solutions such as Cisco MediaSense and Imagicle.
Integrate Cisco UC solutions with Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP/SSO).
Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, RCA, and service restoration for critical incidents.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco Collaboration / Voice technologies
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Job Description:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches.
Monitor network performance and apply effective solutions.
Implement and manage LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
Support network upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, diagrams, and processes.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and support mission-critical systems.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and routing(switching technologies.
