They call it an architectural overhaul, but it looks like admitting the base layer is a bloated mess that cannot scale. My shoelace is untied. Rebuilding the network from inside out using recursive STARKs is fancy talk for throwing out the old engine while the car is moving. If this goes wrong, we are all getting wrecked.
