تعتبر عملية اجلاء المدنيين من عشائر البدو في محافظة السويداء هي أول عملية تهجير قسري في سوريا منذ سقوط النظام.
التهجير القسري هو ترحيل السكان قسراً من منازلهم وأراضيهم، وهو انتهاك (للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي. )ويُعتبر جريمة حرب وجريمة ضد الإنسانية في بعض الحالات.
وهذا ماقامت به ميليشيات الهجري الدرزية الارهابية من قتل وقطع رؤوس الاطفال وحرقهم احياء واستباحة عرضهم ومنازلهم

يُعرَّف التطهير العرقي بأنَّه الإزالة الممنهجة القسرية لمجموعات إثنية أو عِرقية من منطقة معينة وهي بدو السويداء وذلك مِن قبل مجموعة عرقية أخرى هي ميليشيا الدرزية الارهابية ، غالباً بنيّة جعل المنطقة متجانسة عرقياً، وتتنوع أساليب القوى المُطبقة لتحقيق ذلك، كأشكال التهجير القسري، والترهيب، بالإضافة إلى الإبادة الجماعية والاغتصاب الإبادي الذي مارسته فصائل الدروز بحق اهل البدو السنة في السويداء بامر من حكمة الهجري وضباط الاسد الذي يحتويهم

the Sunni Bedouins of Sweida, under the orders of the al-Hijri government and the Assad officers who support them.
Die Evakuierung von Zivilisten aus Beduinenstämmen im Gouvernement As-Suwayda gilt als die erste Zwangsvertreibung in Syrien seit dem Sturz des Regimes.
Zwangsvertreibung ist die gewaltsame Vertreibung von Menschen aus ihrer Heimat und ihrem Land. Sie verstößt gegen internationale Menschenrechtsnormen und das humanitäre Völkerrecht. In einigen Fällen stellt sie ein Kriegsverbrechen und ein Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit dar.
Genau das taten die terroristischen drusischen Al-Hijri-Milizen: Sie töteten und enthaupteten Kinder, verbrannten sie bei lebendigem Leib und verletzten ihre Ehre und ihre Häuser. Sie führten ethnische Säuberungen unter den sunnitischen Beduinen in Sweida durch.
Unter ethnischer Säuberung versteht man die systematische Zwangsvertreibung ethnischer oder rassischer Gruppen aus einem bestimmten Gebiet, insbesondere der Beduinen von Sweida, durch eine andere ethnische Gruppe, die terroristische Drusenmiliz.
