57 year old male with no history of chronic disease
Presented with 6 months of recurrent syncope that lasts for 1to 5 minutes and resolve spontaneously with full regaining of consciousness, not precedded by aura or palpitation sometimes precedded by sweating, occurs in any position not realted to exertion
Then patient developed multible abcesses in the face that needed to be drain and reccurr again in the groin and face
