85 year old male diabetic on oral medication
Present with 4 months of epigastric pain increase by eating decrease by fasting burning in nature not relived by medication
From 10 days developed yellowish discoloration
With tea coloured urine , dark stool with no prurites , fever
Pt not known to be HCV or heb B
Pt had malaria at 35 age and medically treated with no recuurence
