الحمدُلله علىٰ حُزنٍ يُؤلم القَلب لكنَّه يُوقظُه، الحمدُلله الذي يُعاملنَا برحمته وليسَ بذنوبنَا، يغفِر لنا وإن كُنا لا نَستحِق، يرحَمنا ونحنُ مَن ظَلمنا أنفُسنا.
الحمدُلله الذي يخشىٰ علينا مِن ظُلم أنفسنا، فيؤدِّبنا بالابتلاءِ.
