Description: How do doctors perceive professional qualities in their colleagues, and how these qualities influence perceptions of professional effectiveness.
Duration: 5-7 minutes, Online survey
Requirements: Practicing doctors who:
-Have completed fellowship training (at least 1 year post-medical school)
-Have worked in a clinical role within the past 5 years
-Are proficient in English
-Medical students, doctors who are still interns, and doctors in exclusively non-clinical roles will not be eligible.
