Description: We are investigating the role of chewing on brain activity.
Duration: 1 month, 2 in-person on site visits and 1 month of home based intervention experimental study involving chewing intervention and cognitive assessment
Requirements: 1. Male and Female aged 60 - 80 years old 2.Fluent in written and spoken English 3. Willing to consume chewy products 4.Willing to collect saliva
Reward: $120 upon completion (SGD)
