Requirements:
• An own car and valid driver's license are essential for this role.
• Candidates with experience in interior maintenance, hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or facility management
• With solid experience in construction maintenance in UAE/GCC region
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in dealing with clients from high-end brands and should be knowledgeable in interior and hotel maintenance, construction variations, and general construction.
• The candidate should also have a professional demeanour, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English.
Job Description:
• One-to-one relationship with clients, specifically high-end brands, handling all aspects of construction maintenance and variations.
• Daily report generation, survey attendance, and participation in client and internal meetings.
• Experience in interior maintenance, hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or facility management.
• Knowledge of construction processes and well-versed in handling maintenance variations.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
