Role Summary:
As a Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our S4 HANA Finance Module. You will be responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive informed decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance the overall performance of our client’s migration process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in multiple S4 HANA implementations, specifically in data migration.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BODS, SQL Server, JDE, IDOC, LTMC, etc.
• Collaborate with the SI to execute data migration steps according to project timelines
• Partner closely with business teams and cross-functional groups, including data engineers, to deliver the S4 HANA FICO implementation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle timelines, priorities, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates (daily/weekly) to all key project stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience in the Oracle JDE Business and technical Process.
• Familiarity with non-trade procurement processes.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Awareness on financial month-end closing and asset management
