الشيخ ابن بدران في ( المدخل صـ٤٤٣ ) ذكرَ أنَّ الجرَّاعي وصل إلى باب الوكالة في شرحه للغاية .
والواقع : أنّ العلاّمة ابن العماد هو من وصل إلى باب الوكالة، ثم أكمل الجرَّاعي الشرح من الوكالة إلى النكاح ثم توقف قلمه!
