GIZ-QEP II supports vocational training & employment for refugees, IDPs & Ethiopians in Addis Ababa, Somali, Benishangul-Gumuz & Tigray in partnership with MoLS.
๐ฏ Role Purpose
Support activities in:
Vocational Guidance & Counseling (VGC)
Employment Promotion
Social Cohesion at TVET colleges

Main Responsibilities
๐ธ Assist trainee orientation, workshops, & guidance
๐ธ Support job placement & career services (IEPP)
๐ธ Help organize training & job events
๐ธ Promote social cohesion & psychosocial support
๐ธ Data tracking & report preparation
๐ธ Assist admin tasks, logistics, gender initiatives
๐ค Who We're Looking For
๐ Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Sciences
๐ฌ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
๐ง Interest in youth development & career guidance
๐ป Familiar with MS Office
๐ Fluent in English & local languages
๐ฉโ๐ฆฑ Women & persons with disabilities encouraged
๐ Required Skills
Relationship-building
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
