Description:
Responsible for supervising drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and Motor Pool staff. The position oversees vehicle maintenance, scheduling, inventory, cost accounting, insurance claims, and transportation services for the U.S. Mission.
Requirements:
• 2 years of college/university studies
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience
• At least 2 years in Motor Pool operations
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Good working knowledge of English and Amharic
• Valid Grade 3 or equivalent driver's license held for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and Motor Pool operations

Responsible for voucher processing, VAT claims and reporting, organizing financial and HR documents, cleaning HR databases, and creating electronic files for locally employed staff.
Requirements:
• 2 years of college/university studies in Finance, Accounting, or Management
• 2 years of voucher examination, accounting, or finance experience
• Good working knowledge of English and Amharic
• Knowledge of payment voucher processing and VAT procedures
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel
• Strong accuracy and interpersonal skills
