🍂🍃ﺑِﺴْـــــــــــــﻢِﷲِالرَّحْمٰنِﺍلرَّﺣِﻴﻢ🍂🍃

🌹حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ خَرَشَةَ بْنِ الحُرِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ، قَالَ : _*اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا*_ ،
فَإِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ ، قَالَ : _*الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ .*_

🌺हज़रत अबु ज़र रज़ि अल्लाह अन्हु से रेवायत है के जब रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ रात में अपने बिस्तर पर लेटने जाते तो कहते _*अल्लाहुम्मा बिस्मिका अमूतु व अहया*_ ”ए अल्लाह मैं तेरे ही नाम से मरता हूँ और तेरे ही नाम से ज़िंदा होता हूँ।
और जब सुबह होती तो ये दुआ फ़रमाते _*अलहम्दु लिल्ला'हिल्लज़ी अहयाना ब'दमा अमा'तना व इलैहिन्नुशूर*_ ‏ ”तमाम तारीफ़ें उस अल्लाह के लिए हैं जिसने हमें मौत के बाद ज़िंदगी बख़्शी और इसी की तरफ़ हमको जाना है।

🌹Hazrat abu zar razi Allah anhu se rewayat hai ke jab Rasoolullah ﷺ raat mein apne bistar par letne jaate to kehte _*Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya*_ ”Ae Allah main tere hi naam se marta hu aur tere hi naam se zindah hota hu.
Aur jab subah hoti toh ye dua farmate _*Al-hamdu lil-lahillazi ahyana ba'da ma ama atana, wa ilaihin-nushur*_ "tamam tareefen is Allah ke liye hain jis ne hame mout ke baad zindagi bakhshi aur isi ki taraf hum ko jana hai."

🌺حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رات میں اپنے بستر پر لیٹنے جاتے تو یہ دعا کرتے _*«اللهم باسمك أموت وأحيا»*_ ”اے اللہ! میں تیرے ہی نام سے مرتا ہوں اور تیرے ہی نام سے زندہ ہوتا ہوں۔“
اور جب صبح ہوتی تو یہ دعا کرتے _*«الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتنا وإليه النشور‏ .‏»*_ ”تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے ہمیں موت کے بعد زندگی بخشی اور اسی کی طرف ہم کو جانا ہے۔“

🌹Narrated Hazrat Abu Dhar r.a: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ lay on his bed, he used to say: _*Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya,*_ "O Allah, in Your name I live and die".
and when he woke up he would say: _*Al-hamdu lil-lahilladhi ahyana ba'da ma ama atana, wa ilaihin-nushur.*_ "All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and unto Him is the resurrection".

📜 *Wazahat:* Sone se pehle wuzu karna, daayein haath ko daayein rukhsaar ke neeche rakh kar daayein karwat par sona aur masnoon duaaon mein se koi dua padhna Sunnat-e-Muakkadah hai. Behtar hai ke dua padhne ke baad guftagu naa ki jaye, balke Allah Ta'ala ko yaad karte hue soya jaye. Isi tarah bedaar hone par bhi masnoon dua padhna chahiye, kyun ke neend ke baad dobara bedari Allah Ta'ala ki ek azeem nemat hai. Wallahu A'lam.
