Dear All,
While entering spouse application details through Mobile App (Data Capture / WEA / WWDS SSP Login), if an application is rejected due to ineligibility, it can be reconsidered if eligible later.
👉 If pensioner death is between 01-04-2019 to 30-11-2023:
Rejected spouse application can be rolled back in APO SSP Login. After rollback, it will be enabled again in Mobile App for capturing wife details.
👉 If pensioner death is after 30-11-2023 (from 01-12-2023 onwards):
Spouse application can be entered again directly in WEA/WWDS SSP Login.
Please follow the above process accordingly.
