Today we had the 10th meeting with the company regarding the measures to approach absenteeism.
We reviewed the legal documentation on the
substantial modification of working conditions(article 41 of the Workers Statute), including the draft of the agreement that includes the modifications of our conditions (sick leave complement, WFH compensation, limit of 2h lunch break, absenteeism commitee).⚠️ Fetico and its legal services will review the final version of the agreement before a final answer can be provided. ⚠️
➡️ Steps for automatic resignations for employees who want to leave the company as per the current agreement draft:
1️⃣ Once fully confirmed, the company will communicate the new conditions via email, which will include a resignation template to fill out and share with the TL.
2️⃣ The expected deadline (pending agreement signature) to submit the contract extinction is September 14. The last working day will be September 25 for all leaving employees.
