Former Gubernatorial candidate James Fishback who was removed by police from a county meeting for criticizing Israel is suing the Miami-Dade Commission Chairman for violating the First Amendment.
He says all proceeds from the lawsuit will be donated to Miami-Dade first responders and teachers.
