In both pictures, I can see two different situations. For example, in the first photo, there is a young woman eating a large hamburger, sitting in front of her laptop. I guess she is watching something on her laptop. On top of this, there are various kinds of fast food on the table, which shows an unhealthy eating habit.
When it comes to the second photo, I can see a young boy and his father. They are in the kitchen, cooking something like a meal. The father is teaching his son how to prepare healthy fresh food at home. The boy is slicing pepper on a cutting board, while the father is looking at him and smiling. This picture, I guess, shows fresh and healthy food preparation at home.
