The Ho Municipal Assembly has rejected the reported increase in tricycle โcan doโ fares from GHยข3.00 to GHยข5.00 within the Ho Municipality. The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Stephen Adom , stated that the Assembly does not support or endorse the increment because it was introduced without consultation or approval from the appropriate authorities. The Assembly has urged commuters not to pay the reported GHยข5.00 fare but to continue paying the existing GHยข3.00 fare until an officially approved adjustment is announced.
