Joseph's parents once hired a reputable private tutor, a Head of English Department teacher from a top MOE school, to help him with his writing.
A full year of lessons went by.
But his marks stayed stuck.
Lots of good phrases, but his essays were missing that colour and suspense to push him past the 70% mark.
