Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting borrowers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding loans.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in loan recovery/collections
2. Good communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work independently in a remote role
4. Target-driven and detail-oriented
