MARKETING & CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000, depending on skill level

We are looking for a commercially minded and organised Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to help drive sales, strengthen client relationships and create a seamless booking experience for a growing luxury salon.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn interest into appointments, appointments into returning clients, and ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract new clients and develop strategies to bring existing clients back.
• Respond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
• Manage the salon booking diary and ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Capture quality photos and content within the salon.
• Brief and coordinate with our social media agency, ensuring agreed content and deliverables are completed.
• Follow up on leads and client enquiries through to conversion.
What We’re Looking For
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales and client acquisition.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating simple salon content.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results.
Please note: This is not an Assistant Manager role and not a Stylist role. The focus is on client marketing, sales, bookings, content and client experience.
