Most of Mykolaipillya has effectively been taken by Russian army (fighting is still ongoing on the northern outskirts). In conjunction with the Raiske and Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka axes, Ukrainian troops north of Rusyn Yar are at risk of being cut off from supplies. However, a Ukrainian withdrawal seems unlikely due to the small number of Russian troops in this area (concentrated on the other two fronts mentioned), so the most likely scenario is the creation of a pocket with isolated Ukrainian troops (supplied by drones), who will attempt to delay the Russian advance towards Druzhkivka, a city where fighting could begin this autumn. 🇷🇺🇺🇦
