🤖 AI frontend design is already top-notch, but its backend development capabilities are still only moderate. Complex backend architecture and security-related tasks remain challenging. Even with the latest AI models like Claude Opus 4.8 and Gemini 3.1 Pro, I wonder whether backend and security developers will still be just as relevant in 2026.
From my personal experience, some areas remain difficult even for the world's most advanced AI models currently available to the public.
