For people with comprehension problems, this isn’t me saying that P2P is back.

What I’m saying is that Binance’s email mentioned “successful regulatory engagements”, and that’s what gives hope for the future.

The email itself is about Binance becoming accessible again through Ethio Telecom. Many users were unable to access Binance without a VPN, similar to what happened with Bybit after network restrictions were put in place.

Now Binance says those issues have been resolved following discussions with the relevant authorities, and access has been restored.

Does this mean P2P is coming back? No. There has been no official announcement about that.

But when a company says it has had successful regulatory engagements and its services are becoming accessible again, it’s reasonable to view that as a positive sign for the future.
