📝 Try this exercise Take a notebook and write 10 answers for each quadrant. 1. What do I love? What activities make me lose track of time? What topics do I naturally research? What would I do even without external pressure? 2. What am I good at? What do people ask me for help with? What have I become good at through experience? What comes naturally to me? 3. What does the world need? What problems do I genuinely care about? Whose problems could I help solve? What useful knowledge or service can I provide? 4. What can I be paid for? What skills have market demand? What could become a job/business/service? What can generate income repeatedly? Then look for recurring themes across all four. One important point: Don't try to discover your Ikigai only by thinking. Experiment. Pick a promising intersection, spend 30–90 days exploring it, and see whether your interest, ability, impact, and economic potential actually grow.
