HAMAS: The continued targeting and daily killing of civilians in Gaza reveals the occupation's insistence on the genocide and its undermining of the ceasefire agreement
The criminal Zionist occupation army continues to target defenseless civilians in residential neighborhoods and tents of the displaced, with more people martyred and wounded every day, especially children, in a flagrant and recurring violation of the ceasefire agreement and in disregard for the efforts of the mediators and sponsoring states, exposing the insistence of the government of war criminal Netanyahu on continuing its aggression and keeping our people subjected to killing and danger.
This is accompanied by the tightening of the siege and the prevention of the entry of essential materials, which exacerbates the humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, as the reduction of aid, amid growing needs, increases the suffering of displaced families and threatens to worsen food insecurity.
These crimes and their humanitarian repercussions place the mediators and guarantor states before their political and humanitarian responsibilities; therefore, we call on them to take serious action to compel the occupation to stop its aggression and respect the ceasefire agreement, and to ensure the unrestricted entry of aid and essential materials, and to work to break the siege imposed on our people.
We also call on the UN and international humanitarian groups to continue and intensify the response to the needs of our people in Gaza, not to give up to the occupation's pressure and policies, and to take urgent action to address the war's catastrophic consequences.
