SINGAPORE – Thousands of users of messaging app Telegram in Singapore reported experiencing a service outage on the morning of Sept 8.
The outage numbers were recorded on Downdetector, a website tracking outages by collating status reports from various sources.
Users began reporting issues with Telegram on the website at around 10.20am, when over 1,500 reports were made.
新加坡——9月8日上午，新加坡数千名即时通讯应用Telegram的用户报告称遇到了服务中断问题。
这些中断报告数据记录在Downdetector网站上；该网站通过汇总来自各种渠道的状态报告来追踪服务中断情况。
用户从上午10点20分左右开始在该网站上报告Telegram的问题，当时收到的报告数量超过1500份。
