Our review system protects the game from manipulation, and it works hard to keep things honest for the thousands of players who do the right thing every day. But we also know that no system is perfect, and once in a while a legitimate account may be flagged by mistake. ๐
So if you believe your account was restricted unfairly, we want to hear from you.
๐ Open a support ticket and request a second review. A member of our team will personally re-audit your account. If we find the flag was a mistake, we'll restore your balance in full and apologize โ we've already done exactly that for several players this week. ๐
We're not here to punish honest players. We're here to build a game where playing fair always pays off.
