The Jury Foreman tattled on the Juror, and said that he was being stubborn and wasn’t respecting the Judges instructions, and had his own interpretation of beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Defense got pissed that the Judge didn’t remove that Juror, the Prosecution was okay with it.
That means we’re probably 11-1, and our guy is holding out.
