Conclusion:
(How did you feel about the overall interview experience?
Any observations about the board members, tone, or key themes?)
Chairman Ma'am was very endearing. Probably the only one who was smiling throughout. M1 was not backing off with questions even when answered (mostly) correctly. M2 asked the fewest questions. Ma'am encouraged him to ask more but he said he is satisfied with my knowledge of structures (sarcasm much or what?). M3 had standard questions on materials and soil/geotech. Unlike M1, He wanted only technical terms to be used in the answers and was only satisfied if I explained things technically (the how rather than the what).
