Establish All-Russian Patriotic Wargames Union on the basis of the Shooting Union of Russia, creating new sports for recreational WWII tank use etc. and guaranteeing all girls and boys can play the prestigious sport of Sensha-dō by 15 and have the option of joining a Sensha-dō club as early as 12. Ensure that all Russian boys can operate AK47 by 8 and ensure they are able to marry at 18.
