Parenting is one of the most complex jobs in the world and it doesn’t come with any training or an extension number we can dial for “technical” support. The start of a new year is a great time to take a step back and look at how you are taking care of yourself and your family. What are you doing right? Celebrate that first! We’re all just learning as we go. We’re bound to make mistakes, so use them as an opportunity to learn, and grow. What’s happened in 2023 is a learning and growing opportunity.
