Silver has now turned negative after trading more than 1.5% higher earlier. We are seeing moderate USD buying and higher yields as swap markets raise their expectations for rate hikes.
Swap markets now see a 50/50 chance of a rate hike on September 16. Even more significantly, markets are now pricing in nearly a 50% probability of two rate hikes by year-end.
We are likely to see Gold retest the 4550 level - which is why we should close here.
