Dozens of food delivery riders gathered with their scooters outside a hospital in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, China, to protest a ban on electric vehicles entering the hospital grounds. Police and traffic officers reached the spot as the crowd grew. The riders say bikes parked on the roadside can be towed away, which stops them from making deliveries.
